摘　　要：为保护患者的免疫系统、控制HIV在体内复制,减少其进一步传播,研究者们开发了高质量的HIV诊断检测方法,以达到识别HIV感染、监测抗逆转录病毒治疗的效果,并及时评估HIV/AIDS的控制效果以及在个人和群体层面出现的耐药性。通过文献归纳总结,综述了血清学诊断平台、HIV的快速检测平台、抗体亲和力检测平台、病毒载量的检测和定量平台、HIV耐药性的监测平台、CD4细胞检测平台的研究进展。HIV检测技术的不断发展和完善,不仅提高了HIV的检出率,同时也缩短了HIV分子检测的“窗口期”,以便可更好地在艾滋病疫情的情况下,提高患者护理的质量,为实验室检测、临床诊断、发病过程监测技术的开发提供了指导方向。In order to protect the immune system of patients,control HIV replication in the body and reduce further transmission,the researchers have developed high-quality HIV diagnosis and detection method to identify the HIV infection,to monitor the effectiveness of antiretroviral therapy,and timely to assess HIV/AIDS control situation and the emergence of drug resistance at the individual and group levels.According to the clinical symptoms and biological characteristics of HIV infection,researchers have developed a series of laboratory tests,clinical diagnosis,process monitoring technique platform include serological diagnosis,rapid HIV testing platform,affinity antibodies detection platform,viral load testing and quantitative platform,HIV drug resistance monitoring platform and CD4 cell testing platform.The continuous development and improvement of HIV diagnostic technology not only improves the detection rate of HIV,but also shortens the window period of HIV molecular testing,so as to improve the nursing quality for the patients and provide guidances for the laboratory detection,clinical diagnosis and the development of monitoring tehnology of pathological process under the AIDS epidemic.
