摘　　要："一带一路"倡议是在全球范围实现构建"人类命运共同体"伟大目标的奠基石。"一带一路"建设面临的各类金融风险层出不穷,尤其是2020年经历了新冠疫情大考的全世界,失业潮遍及世界各经济体,"一带一路"沿线的各国人民也看到了不同的政治生态和经济形势。病毒面前每一个个体都势单力薄,联合起来共同抗击病毒才是大势所趋,全人类"同命运,共进退"不仅是哲学理念,更是与时俱进的务实选择。面对严峻复杂的外部环境和反弹多变的疫情形势,"一带一路"倡议的实践不仅是大国担当的表现,也是每个参与方深度参与全球治理,推动构建"人类命运共同体"伟大目标的具体实践。在新时代、新要求的驱动下,每个参与者都需要在学思践悟,真信笃行中,防范金融风险,提出建设性的政策建议,服务高质量共建"一带一路"。The Belt and Road initiative is the cornerstone for achieving the great goal of building a community with a shared future for mankind on a global scale.The construction of the Belt and Road is facing various fi nancial risks.In particular,under the infl uence of 2019 novel coronavirus,unemployment spread all over the world.The people in various countries along the Belt and Road have also seen different political ecology and economic situations.Every individual is weak in the face of the virus.It is the general trend to join forces to fi ght the virus."With the fate,advance and retreat together"is not only a philosophical concept,but also a pragmatic choice to advance with the times.
