摘 要:基于脂环族环氧树脂有机硅和有机氟改性及有机-无机纳微米复配填充技术制作的新型高聚物复合绝缘材料,其表面非常致密,有良好的憎水性能。实验发现憎水恢复性在72小时内即可恢复到最大值。通过傅里叶红外和X射线光电子能谱测试可知,改性后的高聚物复合绝缘材料憎水迁移性较高,是因为在其表面出现大量疏水性CH3基团。此外,实验证明高聚物材料具有优良的耐漏电起痕性能,加之其本身优秀的耐紫外性能,因此高聚物复合绝缘子可广泛应用于户外输变电设备上。Based on alicyclic epoxy resin silicone and organic fluorine modification and organic-inorganic nano micron composite filling technology,the surface of new polymer composite insulation material is very compact and is of good hydrophobicity.It is found that the recovery of the hydrophobicity could reach the maximum value within 72 hours.The results of Fourier transform infrared(FTIR)and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)show that the hydrophobicity transference of the modified polymer composite insulation material is higher because of the presence of a large number of hydrophobic CH3 groups on its surface.In addition,the experiment shows that the polymer material has an excellent tracking and erosion resistance.Combined with its excellent UV resistance,the polymer composite insulator can be widely used in outdoor power transmission and transformation equipment.
