“小组微生”新农村综合体建设特征对城市老人休闲养老行为意愿的影响研究

摘　　要：为缓解城市养老压力,社会各界积极探讨新型城市老人养老服务模式,其中,乡村休闲养老已成为新的突破点。以城市老人休闲养老行为意愿作为研究对象,利用结构方程模型分析“小组微生”新农村综合体建设特征对城市老人休闲养老意愿的影响路径,发现:“小组微生”新农村综合体的医疗条件、区位情况、公共服务设施和休闲娱乐活动等配套特征与城市老人休闲养老行为意愿显著正相关;“小组微生”新农村综合体的消费水平高低与城市老人休闲养老行为意愿无显著影响关系;城市老人对“小组微生”新农村综合体的养老行为意愿强弱会显著影响其居住时长及是否更换不同区位、不同风格的居住地以继续休闲养老的选择。因此,“小组微生”新农村综合体发展城市老人休闲养老产业在建设特征上须坚持三个方向:第一,多元化发展“医养结合”,提供“休闲+养老+康养”的专业化服务;第二,借助新农村综合体的内外部资源打造乡村休闲养老品牌;第三,住房与生活模式的差异化设计,提升交通服务能力和水平。In order to alleviate the pressure of urban pension,it is proposed to provide a new rural leisure pension mode for urban elderly.Therefore,this paper studies the influence of the construction characteristics of“Small-scale,Group-type,Micro-rural,Ecological”new rural complex on the urban elderly s willingness to choose leisure pension,and provides construction suggestions for the new rural complex.Taking the urban elderly s leisure pension willingness as the research object,the structural equation model was used to analyze the influence path of the construction characteristics of“Small-scale,Group-type,Micro-rural,Ecological”new rural complex on the urban elderly s willingness to go to leisure and provide for the aged.The results show that the medical conditions,location,public service facilities and leisure entertainment activities of“Small-scale,Group-type,Micro-rural,Ecological”new rural complex are significantly positively correlated with the leisure care will of urban elderly.The consumption level of“Small-scale,Group-type,Micro-rural,Ecological”new rural complex has no significant influence on the leisure care will of urban elderly.The care will level of urban elderly in the“Small-scale,Group-type,Micro-rural,Ecological”new rural complex will significantly affect their choice of living time and whether to change the place of residence to continue the care.According to the empirical study conclusion,this paper puts forward the opinions and suggestions on the construction characteristics of“Small-scale,Group-type,Micro-rural,Ecological”new rural complex to undertake the urban leisure elderly care industry:first,diversify the development of“a combination of medicine and health care”to provide professional services of“leisure+elderly care+health care”for urban elderly.Second,with the help of the internal and external resources of new rural complex,create the differential design of housing and life style of rural leisure care brand so as to lift the transportation service capabilit
