摘　　要：玄武饭店二期工程为超B级高度的超限高层建筑,采用框架-核心筒结构体系。从概念设计出发,通过在结构整体分析、基础选型、结构布置、抗震性能化设计、结构构件专项设计等方面的反复对比和深入研究,保证了结构的安全性和经济性。Second phase project of Lake-view Xuanwu Hotel is a super high-rise building,which exceeds the B-level of height requirements of the code.The frame-core-wall structure is adopted.Based on conceptual design,the structure security and economy are ensured through the repeated comparison and study on overall structure analysis,foundation selection,structure arrangement,performance-based seismic design and special design of structural components and so on.
