摘  要:通过对老桥主拱涂装失效的病害分析,采用了抗腐蚀性能更为优越的氟碳漆作为面漆材料,提高钢结构的涂层抗腐蚀能力及主拱结构的耐久性。结合桥梁交通运营要求,选择满堂支架及移动吊篮的施工方案,确保主拱涂装顺利施工。涂层厚度检测采用涂料用量控制法保证涂层的厚度,结合湿膜测试法控制涂膜的均匀性,有效的保证了涂层的质量。By analysing the painting failure to the main arch of the original bridge,we used the fluorocarbon paint with the superior resistance against corrosion as the surface material to improve the corrosion stability and the durability of steel structure of the main arch.According to the traffic operation requirements of the bridge,the construction scheme of full framing and moving-hanging basket were selected to ensure the construction of the main arch painting smoothly.The painting thickness was inspected by the dosage control method and the wet film test method to effectively ensure the quality of the painting.
