摘　　要：针对地基下沉导致房屋裂缝成为危房的建筑,文章提出了住宅楼消险加固工程设计与施工。将项目建设内容分成地基基础加固和纠偏,上部结构加固和住房搬迁及维修等3个部分,分别进行了技术方案设计。大量分析表明,所提加固纠偏方案是可行性的。This paper proposes the design and construction of the reinforcement project of eliminating risks in residential buildings for the buildings whose foundation subsidence causes the cracks to become dangerous buildings.The construction content of the project is divided into three parts:foundation reinforcement and deviation correction,superstructure reinforcement and housing relocation and maintenance.The technical scheme is designed respectively.A large number of analyses show that the proposed scheme is feasible.
