摘　　要：《绿色建筑评价标准》(GB/T 50378—2019)已经颁布实施,相比于2014年版,该版标准在评价指标体系、评价时间节点、星级设置、评分规则、条文设置等方面都做了一定的改动,需要咨询设计以及相关从业人员尽快熟悉掌握,运用到实际工程之中。政府有关部门应当尽快制定配套的相关标准、政策,合理引导市场,共同努力,将我国绿色建筑事业推向新的高度。Assessment Standard for Green Building(GB/T 50378—2019)has been published and implemented.Notable changes from the previous edition include assessment index system,assessment schedule,basis of rating,guidelines for scoring,format of clauses,etc.It is recommended that consultants and all other practitioners shall become proficient with the latest standard promptly and apply it to engineering practice.Regulatory bodies shall develop complying specifications and policies in a timely manner.Regulators shall guide the market trend and collaborate with the private sector to bring the green building industry to the next phase.
