摘　　要：目的观察自行设计的带雾化功能的无创呼吸机面罩在呼吸衰竭患者非机械通气中的临床疗效及安全性。方法经医院医学伦理委员会审查通过,选取2018年9月~2019月12月我院收治的呼吸衰竭非机械通气患者117例,按随机数字表法分为对照组58例和观察组59例,对照组采用常规雾化吸入治疗(脱机使用常规面罩雾化吸入治疗),观察组采用带雾化功能的无创呼吸机面罩,在无创辅助通气的同时联合氧驱动进行雾化吸入治疗。比较观察两组患者临床症状与肺功能的改善效果。结果两组患者经治疗后肺功能、气道持续湿化合格率、血气分析结果均有改善,除观察组l例因病情加重送ICU治疗后好转外,其他患者均经治疗后成功脱离无创呼吸机,病情好转出院。观察组住院时间、呼吸机使用时间均明显短于对照组;观察组治疗后出现口干、咽痛及排痰困难的患者比例也较对照组明显降低,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论带雾化功能的无创呼吸机面罩能够保持气道持续湿化,提高患者住院期间的治疗效果和生活质量,具有科学、经济、有效的优点,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of self-designed non-invasive respirator mask with atomization function in non-mechanical ventilation of the patients with respiratory failure.Methods Approved by the medical ethics committee of the hospital,a total of 117 patients with respiratory failure treated by non-mechanical ventilation treated in our hospital from September 2018 to December 2019 were selected and divided into the control group(n=58)and the observation group(n=59)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with the method of conventional atomization inhalation(with the machine removed and the conventional mask used for atomization inhalation therapy),while the observation group was treated with non-invasive respirator mask with atomization function,which combined with oxygen drive to conduct atomization inhalation treatment at the same time of non-invasive auxiliary ventilation.The effects on improving clinical symptoms and ameliorating pulmonary function(PF)of the two groups were compared and observed.Results After treatment,the PF,the qualified rate of continuous humidification of airway and the results of blood gas analysis were improved in both groups.Except for 1 patient in the observation group who was sent to ICU for treatment due to illness aggravation and later got ameliorated,other patients were all successfully separated from non-invasive ventilator after treatment and discharged from hospital.The hospitalization time and ventilator supporting time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group;after treatment,the proportion of the patients with clinical symptoms of dry mouth,sore throat and difficulty in expectoration in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the comparison of the proportion between the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Non-invasive respirator mask with atomization function can keep continuous humidification of airway,improving th
