朝鲜面对新冠肺炎疫情的防控措施

摘　　要：面对来势汹汹的新冠肺炎疫情,朝鲜高层予以高度重视,迅速采取力度空前的防疫措施,严防疫情的输入和传播。朝鲜特色的卫生防疫体系和医疗保健制度功不可没。经过艰苦的防疫斗争,朝鲜向世界宣布实现了“零感染”。为了应对“制裁、疫情、洪灾”三重考验,朝鲜适当放宽对边境口岸的管控,让急需的防疫物资和生产生活必需品进入境内,并且动员全国人民积极参加“80天战斗”,以实现防控疫情、灾后重建、农业生产、国家经济发展五年战略等目标。此外,朝鲜还积极开展“新冠外交”,努力拓宽外交空间。2021年初,朝鲜劳动党将举行第八次全国代表大会,如何做到既有效防控疫情,又维护经济社会正常运转,仍是摆在朝鲜党和政府面前的一项重大课题。Faced with the spread of COVID-19,DPRK has attached great importance to it and rapidly adopted unprecedented prevention measures to strictly prevent the import and spread of the epidemic.In response to the triple tests brought by sanctions,epidemic and flood",DPRK appropriately relaxes control of the border,allowing urgently needed materials and production and daily necessities delivering into the country and mobilizing the people to actively participate in the"80-day of fight"in order to carry out the reconstruction,agricultural production and the five-year plan.In early 2021,the Workers'Party of Korea will hold its eighth national congress,with how to effectively control the epidemic and maintain the normal operation of the economy and society remaining a major issue for the DPRK government.
