社会-生态网络分析视角下的城市公园绿地管理耦合模式探究--以兰州市为例

摘　　要：引入社会-生态网络分析(SENA)框架,选取兰州市中心城区25个公园绿地,探究公园绿地与相应管理部门之间的耦合模式.构建社会-生态网络,并利用UCINET软件实现社会-生态网络可视化;选取9种基本构建块模型作为网络结构研究的基本框架,基于多层指数随机图模型定量分析网络结构特征.结果表明,兰州市公园绿地管理主要存在2种封闭的三角环形耦合模式,是社会-生态相协调的基本耦合模式.但它们只是实现公园绿地有效管理的前提条件,而且还存在着管理耦合模式缺乏多样性,民众满意度和参与度较低等问题.应通过建立合作沟通的长效工作机制和完善的监督与反馈机制,提升管理者的专业素质,充分发挥民间组织的作用来实现有效管理.This study introduces the social-ecological network analysis(SENA)framework,selects 25 parks within the urban area of Lanzhou City,and attempts to explore the coupling modes between the parks and corresponding management departments.Firstly,a social-ecological network is constructed,which is visualized by UCINET software.Secondly,nine basic building block models are selected as the basic framework of network structure research,and then completed the quantitative analysis of the network's characteristics by MPNet software,which is based on the multilevel exponential random graph model mechanism.The results show that there are two closed-triangle coupling modes between parks and the management departments of Lanzhou City,which are the basic coupling modes of social-ecological networks.Meanwhile,these coupling modes are only the prerequisites for effective management,they still reveal some issues like lack of diversity of coupling modes,low satisfaction and participation of citizens.To achieve effective management,a long-term mechanism of cooperative communication and a sound supervision and feedback mechanism should be established,and should improve the professional quality of managers,and give full play to the role of non-governmental organizations.
