摘 要:以采煤机切割部振动系统力学模型为研究对象,应用MATLAB软件对42°、0°和-21°不同举升角工况下的采煤机摇臂振动特性进行分析。分析结果表明,当举升角为42°时,采煤机摇臂的振动幅值最大;当举升角为-21°时,采煤机摇臂的振动幅值最小;随着举升角的增大,采煤机摇臂的振动幅值也不断增大。频域分析显示,采煤机摇臂的振动以低频为主,举升角的变化对采煤机摇臂振动加速度的影响不明显。Taking the mechanical model of the vibration system of the shearer cutting part as the research object,the vibration characteristics of the shearer rocking arm under different lifting angles of 42°,0°and-21°were analyzed by MATLAB software.The analytic results show that when the lifting angle is 42°,the vibration amplitude of the shearer rocking arm is the maximum.When the lifting angle is-21°,the vibration amplitude of the shearer rocking arm is the minimum.With the increase of the lifting angle,the vibration amplitude of the shearer rocking arm also increases.Frequency domain analysis shows that the vibration of the shearer rocking arm is mainly in low frequency,and the change of the lifting angle has no obvious influence on the vibration acceleration of the shearer rocking arm.
