摘  要:为了保证天然气长距离输送管道的安全运行,对沿海地区非均匀沉降下阀室管道的安全运行进行研究。应用ANSYS软件建立阀室管道沉降作用有限元分析模型,通过计算建立沉降量与等效应力之间的映射关系,使等效应力随沉降量的增大而增大。以许用应力作为管道失效破坏的标准,预测管道发生失效破坏时的极限沉降量,以此作为管道实时监测的理论依据。在研究中还分析了管道内压、管道内径、管道壁厚、管道填埋深度、土壤泊松比等因素对管道应力状态的影响,并对天然气阀室管道的安全运行提出了建议。In order to ensure the safe operation of long-distance natural gas transmission line,the safe operation of pipeline with valve chamber under Non-uniform settlement in coastal area was studied.The ANSYS software was used to establish a finite element analysis model of the pipeline with valve chamber under settlement,and the mapping relationship between the settlement volume and the equivalent stress was established through calculation,so that the equivalent stress increased with the increase of the settlement.The allowable stress was used as the criteria of pipeline failure and breach,and the Non-uniform settlement upon occurrence of pipeline failure and breach was predicted,which was used as the theoretical basis for real-time monitoring of the pipeline.In the study,the influence of pipeline internal pressure,pipeline inner diameter,pipeline wall thickness,pipeline landfill depth,soil Poisson’s ratio and other factors on the stress state of the pipeline were also analyzed,and suggestions were made for the safe operation of natural gas pipeline with valve chamber.
