数字福建:“互联网+政务服务”背景下政府网站发展提升建议

摘　　要：当前,"互联网+政务服务"已被提升到了战略高度,政府门户网站作为政府履行职责的重要平台,在信息发布、政策解读、办事服务和回应社会等方面发挥着至关重要的作用。福建省是最早主动在政务服务中利用现代信息技术进行政务服务的省份。"数字福建"已成为福建现代信息技术中的重要品牌形象,"互联网+政务服务"也已成为"数字福建"建设的重要方面。通过深入分析福建省提升政府网站服务能力的做法和挑战,提出在"数字福建"建设战略中省级政府网站发展提升建议:充分利用互联网优势,转变政府服务职能,在建设数字政府的同时,建设服务型政府。At present,the"Internet+government service"has been promoted to a strategic level.As an important platform to perform its duties,the government portal plays a vital role in information release,policy interpretation,office service and social response.Fujian Province is the first province to take the initiative to use modern information technology in government service.Digital Fujian has become an important brand of modern information technology in Fujian Province,"Internet+government services"has become an important aspect of the construction of Digital Fujian.Through analysis of enhancing the ability of government website services practices and challenges in Fujian,it is proposed to enhance the development of government websites,including making full use of the advantages of the Internet,changing government service functions,and building a service-oriented government while building a digital government.
