摘　　要：在“2020中国浆纸技术论坛暨第十一届中华纸业浆纸技术论坛”上,中国造纸学会副理事长、陕西科技大学原副校长张美云教授发表了“纸基功能材料科技创新热点及展望”的专题报告,报告中张教授表示在产业集中度持续提高、产业结构进一步优化的大背景下,科技创新尤为重要,造纸行业必须重视与跟进。张教授还重点介绍了能为传统制浆造纸行业转型升级提供新动能和新方向的多学科交叉融合的新技术和新产品,以及禁塑限塑的政策将为我国造纸行业带来的新机遇和新挑战。Prof. Zhang Meiyun, vice president of China Paper Academy, discussed the prospective and recent innovations in base-paper functional materials in her speech on "China Pulp and Paper Technology Forum 2020". She pointed out that with the development of industrial concentration and upgrading of industrial structure, sci-tech innovation will play a more and more important role in economic and industrial development, to which should be paid much more attention by all industrial participants. Prof. Zhang also introduced some typical technologies and products, and illustrated the opportunities and challenges we may encounter after the implementation of plastic ban.
