青岛市社区学龄前儿童非故意伤害现状及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解青岛市社区学龄前儿童非故意伤害现状及其影响因素,为制定有效的防护措施提供依据。方法通过一般资料问卷与家长防护儿童非故意伤害行为问卷对3~6岁儿童的家长进行调查。共发放调查问卷382份,回收有效问卷373份,有效率97.64%,采用SPSS 22.0软件进行统计分析。结果青岛市社区学龄前儿童非故意伤害发生率为43.43%,常见的非故意伤害类型是跌伤(41.31%)和锐器伤(25.48%),家庭为儿童发生非故意伤害的高危场所;儿童年龄为4〜6岁、儿童胎次为第二胎及以上,家长防护非故意伤害行为水平高是学龄前儿童非故意伤害的保护因素;母亲生育此孩年龄超过24岁、母亲职业为私营业主、专业人士或其他是学龄前儿童非故意伤害的危险因素。结论青岛市儿童非故意伤害发生率较高,我们应针对影响因素,采取综合防范措施,提高家长的安全意识,减少儿童非故意伤害的发生。Objective To understand the situation and influencing factors of unintentional injury of preschool children in Qingdao communities, and to provide reference for formulating effective protective measures. Methods Parents of children aged 3 to 6 years were investigated through general information questionnaire and parental protection of childrens unintentional injuries questionnaire. A total of 382 questionnaires were distributed and 373 valid copies were collected. The effective rate was 97.64%. SPSS 22.0 software was used for data analysis. Results The unintentional injury rate of preschool children was43.43%. The common types were falls(41.31%) and cutting/stabbing(25.48%). Families were high-risk places for children to suffer unintentional injury. The protective factors of preschool children unintentional injury are children age between 4 and 6 years old, childrens parity of the second or above, parents high level of protection against unintentional injury. If the mother is older than 24 years of age and the mother is a private owner, professional or other risk factor for the preschoolers unintentional injury. Conclusions The prevalence of children s unintentional injury was high in Qingdao. We should take comprehensive preventive measures on the basis to improve pareants safety awareness and reduce the occurrence of childrens unintentional injuries.
