摘　　要：随着国民经济的不断发展,货运需求呈现出差异化、多样化的发展趋势,对铁路服务模式提出了更高的要求,铁路需要不断优化运力资源配置,提升产品供给服务质量。为揭示铁路货运需求、服务模式及运力资源配置派生、协调与相互影响、作用关系,在分析铁路货物运输市场耦合协调机理的基础上,提出铁路货物运输市场耦合协调关键指标,并构建铁路货物运输市场耦合协调测度模型。最后,以上海局集团公司为例,测算2014—2018年货物运输市场耦合协调发展情况。结果表明,上海局集团公司近5年的货物运输市场耦合度均基本协调。With the continuous development of the national economy,the freight demand is becoming more and more differentiated and diversified,which puts forward higher requirements for the railway service mode.Railway departments need to optimize the allocation of transportation capacity and resources and improve the quality of product supply and service.In order to reveal railway freight demand,derivation of service mode and capacity resource allocation,service mode and transportation capacity resource allocation,coordination and interaction,functional relationship,etc.,the key indicators of railway freight transportation market coupling coordination are proposed based on the analysis of the coupling coordination mechanism of railway freight transport market,and the coupling coordination measurement model is constructed.Finally,taking Shanghai Group as an example,this paper measures the coupled and coordinated development of freight transportation market from 2014 to 2018.The results show that the coupling degree of freight transportation market of Shanghai Group is basically coordinated in recent five years.
