摘  要:为了提高铁路钢板装载量,提升运输效率,在阐述铁路钢板运输装载现状基础上,针对铁路敞车装载钢板难以实现满载问题,以《铁路货物装载加固规则》规定的技术条件为依据,建立具有支点高差的钢板连续梁力学模型,提出铁路钢板运输装载方案装载量计算方法,根据铁路钢板运输装载方案基本技术条件,通过增加钢板装载的支点数目、合理布置支点放置位置和采用钢板靠车辆两端墙向中部叠装方式等方面进行优化,采用铁路通用敞车运输钢板的装载方案。实践应用表明,铁路钢板运输装载方案经济、安全、可靠,为铁路钢板运输装载方案优化提供设计依据。To increase the loading capacity and improve the transportation efficiency,the loading status of railway steel plate transportation is introduced.As to the loading problem of steel plate on the railway open wagon,in terms of the technical conditions of Railway Freight Loading and Reinforcement Rules,the dynamics model of steel plate continuous beam with height difference is established,and the computation method of loading volume for steel plate loading scheme is proposed.Through applying the optimal measures such as adding the number of supporting points,reasonably arranging the location of supporting points and utilizing the steel plate stack-up loading pattern from the end wall to middle of open wagon,the optimal loading scheme of transporting steel plates by railway open wagon is designed.Applications show that the designed loading scheme for steel plate transportation by railway is economical,safe and secure,and it provides the theoretical basis for the optimal design of steel plate loading scheme.
