摘　　要：目的:为解决医院多种支付渠道统一退款、对账及数据统计混乱的问题,设计一套多渠道支付集成平台。方法:平台包括浏览器端和服务器端2个部分,浏览器端使用计算机自带浏览器,服务器端采用Java语言开发、通过Maven构建。该平台包括系统管理、交易订单、财务管理和退款管理4个模块。结果:多渠道支付集成平台实现了患者和财务人员"一站式"服务,提高了医院财务工作人员的工作效率,降低了对账误差率以及因现金退款带来的风险。结论:该平台对各支付渠道中的交易、对账、退款等环节形成有效的闭环管理,确保了财务管理的安全性、高效性、准确性。Objective To design a multi-channel payment integration platform to solve the problem of unified refunds,reconciliations and confusing data statistics across multiple payment channels in the hospital.Methods The platform consisted of 2 parts:a browser side and a server side;the browser used the browser that came with the computer,and the server side was developed with Java and Maven.There were four modules involved in for system management,transaction order,financial management and refund management.Results The platform developed realized one-station service for the patient and financial personnel,enhanced the efficiency of hospital financial personnel and decreased the reconciliation error rate and the risks due to cash refund.Conclusion The platform developed realizes effective closed-loop management of transactions,reconciliation and refunds in each payment channel,ensuring the security,efficiency and accuracy of financial management.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2021,42(1):38-42,52]
