摘　　要：从研发机制、研发技术、训练应用3个角度,阐述了我军在卫生装备与战救模拟训练方面存在的主要问题,提出了卫生装备与战救模拟训练应用的发展需求和发展建议。指出遵循跟进式研发、体系化架构建设思路,紧紧围绕战场场景、战伤伤情、特殊救治环境、大中型卫生装备、一线救治技术等多层面重点内容推进实施,可为部队广泛开展卫生装备与战救全方位模拟训练提供平台及技术支撑,解决目前我军战术卫勤保障模拟训练装备器材的重大内需。The main problems of Chinese PLA in simulation training on the technology of combat casualty care and military medical equipment were analyzed from research mechanism,technology and training application,and some development requirements and suggestions were put forward accordingly.It’s pointed out that simulation training of military medical equipment and combat casualty care should be promoted with the ideas of follow-up research and systematic construction via the priority of battlefield scene,combat casualty conditions,special treatment circumstance,large-and medium-scale medical equipment,first aid skills and etc.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2021,42(1):71-74]
