摘　　要：目的:研制一种野战手术车外接门斗,以满足战时伤员外科手术对环境的需求。方法:外接门斗主要由支撑杆、固定绳及地钉、篷布、地布组成。支撑杆为空心铁管,固定绳包括尼龙绳和木质紧固片2个部分,地钉上部焊接配套铁环防止固定绳滑脱,篷布和地布均采用防水面料。结果:该外接门斗可连接在手术舱室侧门,在手术舱室与外部环境之间构建一个密闭的半限制区,规范了野战手术流程,优化了野战手术室布局,提高了手术舱室的洁净度。结论:野战手术车外接门斗设计简单、携带方便、搭建快速,可为手术伤员的准备、转运、救治及感染控制提供诸多便利条件。Objective To develop an external foyer for the field surgical vehicle to meet the environmental demands of wartime casualty surgery.Methods The external foyer was composed of support rods,fixing ropes,floor spikes,tarpaulin and floor cloth.The support rod was a hollow iron pipe,the fixing rope consisted of two parts of nylon rope and wooden fasteners,the floor nail was welded with an iron ring at the top to prevent the rope from slipping off,and the tarp and floor cloth were made of waterproof fabric.Results The external foyer were connected to the side door of the operating compartment to create a closed semi-restricted area between the compartment and the external environment,standardizing the field surgical process,optimizing the layout of the field operating room and improving the cleanliness of the operating compartment.Conclusion The external foyer gains advantages in design,transport and deployment,and facilitates the preparation,evacuation,treatment and infection control of the surgical casualties.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2021,42(1):102-105]
