摘 要:在对含V带传动的机构进行动力学仿真时,随负载变化而引起的V带长度变化直接影响传动副的速比。文中通过分析传动副的特点,提出V带弹性对传动影响的等效计算方法。利用ADAMS动力学仿真软件建立等效模型,并与ADAMS软件Belt模块进行对比,为V带弹性传动仿真分析提供一种新思路。通过仿真,相同工况下等效模型与Belt模型从动轮转速变化趋势一致,仿真结果误差小于1%,计算效率较Belt模型提升94.27%。In dynamic simulation of a mechanism with a V-belt transmission,the change in V-belt length caused by the load change directly affects the speed ratio of the transmission pair.How to establish a dynamic equivalent model of V-belt transmission is one of the key issues for building the right model and improving simulation efficiency.By analyzing the characteristics of the transmission pair,an equivalent calculation method for the influence of the elasticity of the V-belt on the transmission is proposed.The equivalent model is established by using Adams dynamics simulation software and compared with the Belt module of Adams software,which provide a new idea for the simulation analysis of V-belt elastic transmission.Through simulation,under the same working conditions,the change speed of the driven wheel of the equivalent model is consistent with the Belt model.The error of the simulation result is less than 1%,and the calculation efficiency is 94.27%higher than the Belt model.
