摘 要:为了研究托臂支架的实际承载性能,通过平衡加载试验机对两类托臂支架共8个足尺模型进行了承载力测试。采用静力加载方法,对比分析了加方管、附加支撑的不可调节托臂支架和2组可调节托臂支架的承载力、荷载-位移曲线以及承载力影响因素。试验结果表明:可调节托臂支架的承载力低于不可调节托臂支架。在不可调节托臂支架中,附加支撑的托臂支架比加方管的托臂支架的承载力更大,最大可以达到11.8 kN,相同荷载条件下位移也最小,附加支撑的托臂支架力学性能最好。In order to study the actual bearing performance of the support arm bracket,a total of eight full-scale models of two types of support arm bracket were tested by the balanced loading experimental machine.The static loading method was adopted to compare and analyze the performance of two groups of the adjustable support arm brackets and the non-adjustable support arm brackets for adding square tube and support,such as bearing capacity,loading-displacement curve and the influencing factors of the bearing capacity.The experiment results demonstrate that the bearing capacity of the adjustable support arm bracket is lower than that of the non-adjustable support arm bracket.Among the non-adjustable support arm bracket,the additional support arm brackets has larger bearing capacity than that of the adding square tube support arm brackets.The maximum reaches 11.8 kN,and the displacement value is also the smallest under the same load.So the additional support arm brackets have the best mechanical properties.
