摘 要:鉴于美国高桩码头结构抗震设计没有统一行业准则难以统一管理的现状,美国土木工程师协会ASCE在美国国家标准协会ANSI的授权下,以各已建港口的抗震设计准则为基础编制了ASCE COPRI 61-14《顺岸式和突堤式高桩码头抗震设计》。该规范从地震设防标准、性能要求、设计方法及构件抗震设计和构造要求等进行详细规定,涵盖近年来国际上最新的抗震研究成果,对推动高桩码头抗震设计的发展具有重要意义。为便于国内设计人员更好地理解该规范,介绍规范的编制背景以及设计理念,并结合工程经验对其各部分内容进行详细的解读和说明。同时,与国内码头抗震设计规范进行简要对比,为设计理念和方法都相对落后的国内规范进一步修订提供参考。Considering the current situation that there is no a consensus code for seismic design of port structures to unify manage difficultly in America,American Society of Civil Engineers(ASCE)is accredited by the American National Standards Institute(ANSI)to develop ASCE COPRI 61-14 Seismic Design of Piers and Wharves on the basis of local design criterions for some existing ports.This code provides detailed provisions for seismic level,seismic performance objects,seismic design methods and seismic design and construction requirements of components,and includes the latest achievements of seismic research in the world in recent years,and it is significant to promote the development of seismic design for pile-supported wharves.In order to help domestic engineering technicians understand this code with ease,we introduce the compilation background and design philosophy,and interpret and explain each part of the code in detail combining with engineering experience.Moreover,we briefly compare the differences between this standard and domestic code,which can provide the references for the further revision of backward domestic code.
