高校体育赛事资源配置研究

摘　　要：以我国高校体育赛事为研究对象,分析我国高校体育赛事中存在的问题,提出高校体育赛事资源配置的优化策略,旨在为我国高校体育赛事的发展提供参考。结果显示:我国高校体育赛事存在政府、高校和市场这三个主体失衡,物力、人力、财力、组织和体制配比不合理,体育赛事整体产出效率低下的现象。根据坚持主体多元化、确保资源效益、改革高校体育赛事中的滞后领域为原则,将高校体育赛事资源配置进行主体、客体优化的同时,积极加强资源配置市场化,以充分发挥市场在高校体育赛事中的积极作用。This paper analyzes the problems existing in China’s college sports events that there exists imbalance between the government,universities and the market,unreasonable proportion of material,human,financial resources,organization and system,and low overall output efficiency of sports events.According to the principles of adhering to the diversification of subjects,ensuring resource efficiency and reforming the lagging field in college sports events,while optimizing the allocation of the source of college sports events,we should actively strengthen the marketization of resource allocation so as to give full play to the positive role of the market in college sports events,and it puts forward the optimization strategy for the resources allocation of college sports events,in order to provide some references for the development of China’s college sports events.
