摘  要:在高烈度区,对超限高层建筑进行中震分析,地震作用效应将使某些部位的墙肢产生拉应力,对墙肢的抗剪性能造成影响。我国《超限高层建筑工程抗震设防专项审查技术要点》对其作出建议性要求,具体实践尚有一定争议。根据现行规范及各学者的观点,对组合墙肢、钢筋作用、含钢率及荷载工况等影响墙肢拉应力的若干因素进行探讨,并根据工程实例进行中震时拉应力的分析及对比,给出了设计建议。In the high-intensity area,the moderate earthquake analysis of the super high-rise buildings shows that the seismic effect will produce tensile stress on the wall limb of some parts and affect the shear resistance.The technical key points of seismic fortification for super high-rise building project in China have made some suggestions on it,but the specific practice is still controversial.In this paper,according to the current norms and the opinions of scholars,several factors that affect the tensile stress of the wall limb,such as the combined wall limb,reinforcement action,steel content and load condition,are discussed.The analysis and comparison of the tensile stress for a real building in the middle earthquake are given.
