摘  要:中、日、德等国输电线路规范采用导线风压不均匀系数对较大档距的风荷载进行折减,该方法具体数值的物理意义不明确,难以通过现场实测检验其正确性,也阻碍了通过现场实测对线路走廊实际的风压不均匀系数取值进行修正完善。美国ASCE的输电线路规范采用阵风响应因子将阵风放大系数和档距折减系数综合考虑,物理意义较为明确,理论研究基础完备。从阵风响应因子的基本概念出发,推导了美国规范中导线档距折减系数的原始计算公式,给出了导线档距折减系数与风压不均匀系数之间的转化关系,确定了新的导线风压不均匀系数计算公式。通过导线风压不均匀系数计算值与中国规范取值对比,验证了所得导线风压不均匀系数计算公式的合理性。随后以河北丰宁某输电线路段实测风速数据为样本,展示了山地地貌下导线风压不均匀系数的分析方法。The guidelines for electrical transmission lines of China,Japan,Germany,etc.adopt scale factor to reduce the wind loads for long-span transmission lines.The calculation is simple but the values of the factor used lack physical meaning.It is therefore difficult to examine or validate these values with field-measurement.The ASCE guidelines use gust response factor that combines the gust factor and the scale factor,which have clear physical meanings.This paper deducted the basic formulation for scale factor based on the gust response factor method and checked the values used in the China standard.Field recorded data from a site in Fengning,Hebei Province were used to exhibit the calculation process for the scale factor with field-measured data.
