摘  要:既有建筑采用消能减震加固后,可以大幅提高结构的抗震性能,方便解决结构抗震的强度、变形和构造问题。本文根据性能化抗震设计要求,给出既有建筑不同后续使用年限下,各设防水准地震作用与后续使用50年的地震作用折减系数。提出完好、轻微损坏、轻度损坏、中等破坏和不严重破坏5个性能水准,分别对应结构的弹性、不屈服、梁屈服、多数构件屈服和倒塌前状态。针对各性能水准特点,提出计算分析的具体要求:弹性、不屈服和梁屈服状态可采用反应谱方法计算,梁刚度根据需要可以折减,结构阻尼适当提高,构件强度按弹性或标准值验算;中等破坏和倒塌前的计算应采用弹塑性动力时程分析或静力弹塑性分析方法,中等破坏的构件强度不应大于构件极限强度,也可按构件材料应变予以确认,混凝土压应变不大于0.003,钢材拉应变不大于0.01。结构的构造措施可按被加固结构罕遇地震下的性能水准采取,中等破坏时,构造措施按降一度要求采用。Importing the performance-based seismic design thought into energy dissipation and reinforcing,the seismic performance of structures can be greatly improved and it helps solve the problems of strength,deformation and structural measures in structural seismic.Based on the demand of performance-based seismic design,this paper gives seismic action reduction factors of each fortification level and after use 50 years under different follow-up service years.Five performance levels were brought up,namely integrity,slightly damaged,mild damage,medium damage and no serious damage,corresponding to the structural states of elasticity,no yielding,beam yielding,most components yielding and before collapse.According to the features of different performance levels,specific demands in analysis were put forward.Response spectrum method could be adopted under structural states of elasticity,no yielding and beam yielding.Beam reduction factor can be adjusted as required.Moreover,appropriate increase of structural damping and component strength checking calculation by elasticity or standard value were also suggested.Medium damage and states before collapse can use elastic-plastic dynamic analysis method or static elasto-plastic analysis method.The component strength of medium damage shall not be greater than the ultimate strength,or it could be confirmed by the strain of component material,for example,the compressive strain of concrete is no more than 0.003,and the tensile strain of steel is no more than 0.01.The structural measures can be applied according to the performance level under the rare earthquake of the reinforced structure.When medium damage occurred,the structural measures can be adopted by lower earthquake degree requirements.
