摘　　要：通过合理设计化学成分,完善球化、孕育处理工艺,严格控制熔炼过程和生产工艺,探索在铸态下获得QT600-8高强度高韧性球墨铸铁件。The QT600-8 ductile cast iron with high strength and toughness was explored and prepared by designing the chemical composition reasonably,perfecting the spheroidization and inoculation treatment technology,strictly controlling the melting process and production technology.
