摘 要:在正向-反向-径向复合挤压及其金属流动行为研究的基础上,围绕重型车辆传统钢制轮毂难以减重的问题,针对轮毂结构、服役要求以及复合挤压成形的特点,提出了铝合金轮毂正向-反向-径向复合挤压成形新方法,结合数值模拟和实验研究,分析了坯料尺寸、摩擦因子以及模具圆角半径等工艺参数对等效应变的影响。控制了金属的有序定向流动,提高了挤压变形均匀性,缩短了成形工艺流程,实现了某铝合金轮毂的挤压成形,相较传统钢制轮毂减重达60%,为重型车辆轻量化提供了新途径。Based on the study of forward-backward-radial compound extrusion and its metal flow behavior,aiming at the problem that the traditional steel wheel hub for heavy vehicle was difficult to reduce weight,combined with the structure of wheel hub,service requirements and the characteristics of compound extrusion forming,a new forward-backward-radial compound extrusion forming method for aluminum alloy wheel hub was proposed.Combining with the numerical simulation and experimental study,the influence of process parameters such as billet size,friction coefficient and die fillet radius on equivalent strain was analyzed.The ordered and directional flow of metal is controlled.The uniformity of extrusion deformation is greatly improved and the extrusion forming process is shortened.The extrusion forming of aluminum alloy wheel hub is realized,and compared with traditional steel wheel hub,the weight is reduced by 60%,which provides a new path for the lightweight of heavy vehicles.
