摘 要:采用空气锤设备对片层态TC21钛合金进行多向锻造实验,锻造温度为850~940℃,单道次变形量为30%~70%,研究了多向锻造对TC21钛合金α+β片层组织球化的影响。结果表明,TC21钛合金片层组织多向锻造时会发生球化现象,其热变形机制主要由片层组织球化支配。球化晶粒主要由α片剪切引起的动态再结晶和β相向α/α边界渗透机制而形成。随多向锻造温度升高,片层组织球化分数和球化晶粒尺寸增加。随变形量和锻造周期增加,片层组织球化分数增加,球化晶粒尺寸减小;TC21钛合金在锻造温度为910℃、单道次变形量为50%、锻造3周期时,锻造组织均匀细小,晶粒尺寸可达2μm。Multi-directional forging experiments of lamellar TC21 titanium alloy were carried out using air hammer equipment with the forging temperature of 850-940℃,and the single pass deformation amount of 30%-70%.The effect of multi-directional forging on the spheroidization ofα+βlamellar structure of TC21 titanium alloy was studied.The results show that the spheroidization phenomenon of TC21 titanium alloy lamellar structure occurs during multi-directional forging.Its thermal deformation mechanism is mainly dominated by spheroidization of the lamellar structure.Spheroidized grains are mainly formed by dynamic recrystallization caused byα-sheet shearing and penetration mechanism ofβ-phase toα/αboundaries.As the multi-directional forging temperature increases,the spheroidization fraction and the size of spheroidized grain of the lamellar structure increase.As the deformation amount and forging cycle increase,the spheroidization fraction of the lamellar structure increases,and the size of spheroidized grain decreases.TC21 titanium alloy has an uniform and fine forged structure at forging temperature of 910℃,single pass deformation amount of 50%and three forging cycles.The grain size can be up to 2μm.
