摘 要:以某火箭后接头用大锥度复杂截面环盘件成形为研究对象,针对该类构件环轧成形稳定性难控制以及传统切削成形材料利用率低等问题,提出了一种大锥度复杂异形环盘件轧旋成形新工艺,以期实现该类构件的高精度、高效、优质和低成本成形制造。阐明了大锥度复杂异形环盘件轧旋成形思路及工艺原理,总结了轧旋成形的特色与技术优势;基于ABAQUS/Explicit平台,建立了42CrMo大锥度复杂异形环盘件轧旋成形智能有限元模型;通过智能有限元仿真,从轧旋过程稳定性、成形环盘件圆度质量和截面变化方面,探讨了大锥度复杂异形环盘件轧旋成形新工艺的可行性,并对此研究进行了展望。Taking the forming of a big-tapered ring disk with complex section for rocket rear joint as research object,aiming at the problems that the forming stability of rolling-spinning for this part was difficult to control and the material utilization of traditional cutting forming is low,a new rolling-spinning forming process for big-tapered complex profiled ring disk was proposed to realize the manufacture with high precision,high efficiency,high quality and lower cost.The idea and process principle of rolling-spinning forming for big-tapered complex profiled ring disk were expounded and the characteristics and technological advantages of rolling-spinning forming were summarized.Based on ABAQUS/Explicit platform,an intelligent finite element model of rolling-spinning forming for big-tapered complex profiled 42 CrMo ring disk was established.The feasibility of the new rolling-spinning forming process for big-tapered complex profiled ring disk was discussed from the stability of rolling-spinning process,circularity quality of the formed ring disk and section variation by intelligent finite element simulation.And this new process was outlooked.
