摘 要:防屈曲支撑受压屈服而不屈曲的特点,使其具有良好的耗能减震效果。针对目前防屈曲支撑震后难以观察核心受力构件的变形及损伤,不利于后期震害调查的情况,提出了一种约束构件内置的新型双重方钢管防屈曲支撑。该新型防屈曲支撑震后能够直观地观察到受力构件的变形情况,便于震后修复。应用Abaqus有限元软件对新型支撑进行数值分析,研究了长细比、约束比、径厚比、间隙以及摩擦力对支撑性能的影响。结果表明:长细比、约束比、间隙、摩擦力对支撑性能的影响较大,径厚比对支撑性能几乎无影响。同时,给出了可供设计参考使用的临界约束比曲线、间隙等参数。The characteristic of buckling restrained braces(BRB) yielding without buckling makes it have good energy dissipation and damping effect.Considering that it is difficult for BRB to be observed the deformation and damage of the stressed components after the earthquake,a new type of double square steel tube buckling restrained races with restraint built-in is proposed.The new type of BRB can be visually observed the deformation of the stressed components after the earthquake and facilitate to be repaired after earthquake.Abaqus finite element software is used for numerical analysis of the new type of BRB,and the effects of slenderness ratio,constraint ratio,diameter-thickness ratio,clearance and friction on the new type of BRB performance are studied.The results show that slenderness ratio,constraint ratio,clearance and friction force have great influence on the BRB performance,while diameter-thickness ratio has almost no influence.Meanwhile the critical constraint ratio curve,gap and other parameters are given.
