摘 要:为了研究聚灰比、水胶比和减水剂掺量对加气混凝土砌块聚合物改性界面剂性能(保水性、粘结强度、抗渗能力)的影响,通过试验测试了其宏观性能,并进行了方差分析和极差分析;同时通过微观形貌(ESEM)进行了影响机理的讨论.研究结果表明聚灰比是影响界面剂保水性、粘结强度和抗渗能力的最重要因素;保水性、7天和14天的剪切粘结强度、7天的抗渗压力均随聚灰比的增大而呈增大趋势;掺入三元共聚物PTB乳液后,砂浆内部产生了大量微孔,形成了不完全连续的空间骨架—基体网状结构体系,此体系具有更优异的物理力学性能,它能提高界面剂的保水性、粘结强度和抗渗能力.本研究结果可为加气混凝土砌块界面剂的改性提供理论参考.In our report,in order to analyze the effects of polymer cement ratio,water binder ratio,and water reducing agent content on the performance of polymer modified interface agent(water retention,bond strength,impermeability)of aerated concrete block,and the macro performance was determined,and the variance and range analysis were performed,and the micro morphology(ESEM)was determined.The results showed that the polymer cement ratio is the most important factor affecting the water retention,bond strength and impermeability of the interfacial agent.With the increase of polymer cement ratio,water retention,7 d and 14 d shear bond strength,and 7 d impermeability pressure increased.When the three component copolymer PTB emulsion was added,a large number of micropores were formed inside the mortar,forming a continuous space skeleton matrix network structure,which had better physical and mechanical properties,and improved the water holding capacity,bond strength and impermeability of the interface agent.Our findings can provide a theoretical reference for improving the performance of interface agent for aerated concrete block.
