摘　　要：目的探讨不同体质量指数(BMI)慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性加重期老年患者肺功能及血清细胞因子水平的差异,分析BMI与肺功能及血清细胞因子表达水平的关系。方法选取2018年6月至2019年12月我院收治的急性加重期COPD老年患者97例作为研究对象,根据BMI分为三组:正常体质量组(31例),低体质量组(32例),高体质量组(34例)。测定所有受试者血清细胞因子水平、血气指标、肺功能指标。采用Pearson相关性分析分析BMI与COPD急性加重期老年患者肺功能及血清细胞因子水平的相关性。结果BMI与COPD急性加重期老年患血清细胞因子水平呈负相关,与肺功能指标呈正相关。结论BMI与COPD急性加重期老年患者肺功能及炎症反应指标具有相关性,能够一定程度上评估患者病情的严重程度。Objective To investigate the difference of lung function and serum cytokine levels in elderly patients diagnosed with COPD with different BMI with acute exacerbation.To analyze the relationship between BMI and lung function and the level of serum cytokine expression.Methods A total of 97 elderly patients with acute exacerbation of COPD admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into three groups according to BMI:normal body reconstitution(31 cases),low body reconstitution(32 cases),and high body reorganization(34 cases).The serum cytokine levels,blood gas indexes and lung function indexes of all subjects were determined.Pearson correlation was used to analyze the correlation between BMI and lung function and serum cytokine levels in elderly patients with acute exacerbation of COPD.Results BMI was negatively correlated with serum cytokine levels in elderly patients with acute exacerbation of COPD and positively correlated with lung function.Conclusion BMI is correlated with pulmonary function and inflammatory response index in elderly patients with acute exacerbation of COPD,which can evaluate the severity of the disease to a certain extent.
