摘　　要：滑板挡渣是通过红外线检测炉渣,然后控制两块滑板错位关闭,达到转炉出钢过程中对炉渣的控制。滑板挡渣技术提高了挡渣成功率,转炉下渣量少,钢包回磷情况得到改善,钢水质量提高,为生产低磷钢种和降低炼钢成本提供有力的条件。Slag blocking by slide plate is to detect slag by infrared ray,and then control two sliding plates to close in dislocation,so as to control slag in converter tapping process.The slag blocking technology of slide plate improves the success rate of slag blocking,reduces the amount of slag discharged from converter,improves the situation of ladle dephosphorization,and improves the quality of molten steel,which provides powerful conditions for the production of low phosphorus steel grades and reduction of steel-making cost.
