摘　　要：宣钢150 t炉区自动化维护技术人员在前期实现自动炼钢的基础上,充分分析挖掘积累数据的内涵及意义,陆续实现钢种识别、标准底吹控制模型、铁合金物料甄别等多项技术,为企业实现智能炼钢奠定基础。On the basis of realizing automatic steelmaking in the early stage,the automation maintenance technicians of Xuansteel 150 t furnace area fully analyzed the connotation and significance of mining accumulated data,and successively realized many technologies,such as steel grade identification,standard bottom blowing control model,ferroalloy material screening,etc.,which laid the foundation for enterprises to realize intelligent steelmaking.
