摘　　要：为解决真空室因漏气原因引起的非计划下线,对生产中漏气问题的实际情况进行了分析,找出了漏气的主要原因,提出了解决方案,通过设备改造和工艺改进减少了生产事故。In order to solve the unplanned off-line of vacuum chamber caused by air leakage,the actual situation of air leakage in production was analyzed,the main causes of air leakage were found out,and the solutions were put forward.The production accidents were reduced through equipment transformation and process improvement.
