摘  要:针对高速线材Φ6 mm规格普线生产中出现的断丝等现象,分析了生产中辊缝、张力、温度、导卫等轧制工艺参数设定与调整不当的影响,同时对包括结疤、缩孔、夹杂群等轧件的内外部缺陷等影响因素进行分析。讨论了张力设置、高温强度、断丝受力分析等关键问题,指出机架间张力增大、轧件断面积减小和材料的强度极限降低是产生断丝的根本原因。最后概括了采取的解决措施和应用效果。Emphasized on the abruption phenomenon during the production of high-speed wire rod with 6 mm diameter,this paper introduces the factors such as the improper value or modification of the roll bite,tension,temperature and guides.And the external and internal defect of the rolled piece,rolling skin,shrinkage cavity,inclusions which may lead to broken are described.Key factors which lead to wire abruption,such as value of tension,strength of the rolled piece at high temperature and the stress analysis,are discussed.It is concluded that the main reasons of wire broken are the increase of tension between generator brackets,the cross area and extreme tension of rolling pieces reduced.At last,the methods to resolve the problems and the results of application are given.
