摘　　要：主要介绍了梅钢一炼钢氧枪升降横移设备改造情况。在满足生产的前提下,增加了氧枪的防坠落功能,改善了氧枪对中精度不高的弊端,提高了氧枪拆入口的密封性。本次氧枪设备改造成功为国内其他钢厂的老旧氧枪设备改造提供了借鉴经验。This paper mainly introduces the transformation of the lifting and moving equipment of oxygen lance in first steelworks of Shanghai Meishan Iron&Steel Co.,Ltd.On the premise of meeting the production requirements,the modification is mainly to increase the anti-fall function of oxygen gun,to improve the disadvantages of low accuracy of oxygen gun alignment and the sealing of oxygen gun removal inlet.The successful transformation of oxygen lance equipment provides reference for the transformation of old oxygen lance equipment in other domestic steel plants.
