摘  要:基于铁元素平衡对钢铁料消耗影响因素进行分析,其中增加含铁冷料入炉量,可以降低钢铁料消耗4.8 kg/t;利用Factsage软件对转炉终点磷要求低于0.03%的钢种冶炼渣系进行优化,石灰消耗降低17 kg/t,从而实现转炉少渣冶炼;利用氩气泡真空作用降低转炉碳氧积,转炉终点氧位降低253 ppm;C-O反应剧烈发生前,采取降枪、降氧等措施,使转炉前期低温喷溅降低至2%以下;通过一系列措施,钢铁料消耗较去年同期降低了14.08 kg/t。Based on the balance of iron and steel,the influence factors of iron and steel consumption were analyzed.Increasing the amount of iron containing cold material into the furnace can reduce the consumption of iron and steel by 4.8 kg/t.The slag system of steel grade with phosphorus requirement lower than 0.03%was optimized by Factsage software,and the lime consumption was reduced by 17.8 kg/t.By using argon bubble vacuum,the carbon and oxygen content of the converter is reduced by 253×10-6.Before the C-O reaction occurs,the lance and oxygen reduction measures are taken to reduce the low-temperature splashing of the converter to less than 2%.Through a series of measures,the steel consumption is reduced by 14.08 kg/t compared with the same period last year.
