摘  要:随着离心铸管机生产设备自动化程度的不断提高,气动控制系统应用越来越广泛。气动控制系统与液压系统相比有着使用方便、成本低优点;但气控系统在高温作业环境下系统组件易损坏、故障率高缺点,于是在离心铸管行业高温作业区应用需进行相应的改进。With the continuous improvement of automation degree of centrifugal pipe casting machine production equipment,pneumatic control system is more and more widely used.Compared with the hydraulic system,pneumatic control system has the advantages of convenient use and low cost.However,the pneumatic control system has the disadvantages of easy damage of system components and high failure rate in high temperature operation environment,so the application of pneumatic control system in high temperature operation area of centrifugal casting pipe industry needs corresponding improvement.
