液相色谱法测褪黑素中氯美扎酮的不确定度评定

摘　　要：本实验根据现行的国家药品标准《保健食品中75种非法添加化学药物的检测》(BJS 201710),重复测定褪黑素中氯美扎酮的含量,计算实验标准差,同时对测试过程系统效应产生的不确定度分量进行评估,从而评定其不确定度。According to the current national drug standard BJS 201710,the content of chlormezanone in melatonin was repeatedly measured,the experimental standard deviation was calculated as well.And the uncertainty component generated by the system effect during the testing process was evaluated,so as to evaluate its uncertainty.
