摘 要:为提高Ti600合金表面的抗氧化性能,通过试验方法研究了热暴露温度对Ti600合金表面氧化动力学及组织性能的影响。结果表明:Ti600合金基体内形成了均匀分布的小尺寸晶粒,并形成了许多片状结构的α+β共晶相。温度200℃与400℃试样重量增加不明显;温度升至600℃时合金抗氧化能力明显下降。随加热时间的增加,依然可以获得明显增重。在400℃时形成大角度晶界的数量相对于600℃更少,提高温度能够促进回复与再结晶过程的更快进行。以不同温度进行循环处理后合金都包含等轴α晶以及呈现片状分布的α+β共晶结构。当温度升高后,形成了更大的晶粒,晶粒尺寸与分布形态也变得更加均匀。加热温度上升后合金中形成了更多TiO2相,经过600℃热暴露后合金表层生成了TiO2与α-Al2O32种组织。当温度达到200℃与400℃时,在氧化膜中形成金红石(TiO2)结构。随着温度升高至600℃,生成更大尺寸的晶粒,产生了具有立方结构的Al2O3氧化物。In order to improve the oxidation resistance of Ti600 alloy surface,the effect of thermal exposure temperature on the oxidation kinetics and microstructure of Ti600 alloy surface was studied by experimental test method.Results showed that small grains were formed and distributed in Ti600 alloy matrix,and lots of flake structure alpha+beta eutectic phases were generated.The weight of samples at 200℃and 400℃increased little,and when the temperature rose to 600℃,the antioxidant capacity of the alloy decreased obviously.With the further increase of heating time,the significant weight gain could still be achieved.In addition,the number of large angle grain boundary formed at 400℃was less than that at 600℃.Increasing the temperature could promote faster recovery and recrystallization.After cyclic treatment at different temperatures,the alloys all contained equiaxed alpha crystals and alpha+beta eutectic structures with lamellar distribution.As the temperature increased,the larger grains formed,and their size and distribution became more uniform.Moreover,when the heating temperature rose,more TiO2 phases were formed in the alloy.At 600℃,TiO2 and alpha-Al2O3 were generated on the alloy surface after heat exposure.When the temperature reached 200℃and 400℃,rutile(TiO2)structure was formed in the oxide film.As the temperature increased to 600℃,the grain size became larger and Al2O3 with cubic structure was produced.
