摘  要:为了探究纳米TiO2微粒对2A12铝合金微弧氧化层形貌及其耐磨、耐腐蚀性能的影响,将纳米TiO2微粒添加到优化的微弧氧化电解液中,在铝合金表面制备了复合MAO膜层。利用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)和显微硬度计,电化学工作站及往复摩擦磨损试验,研究了不同含量TiO2对膜层的形貌、耐腐蚀及耐磨性的影响。试验结果表明,随着TiO2微粒加入量的增加,微弧氧化2A12铝合金的磨损率先减少后增大,电解液中添加2 g/L的TiO2微粒制备的MAO膜层耐磨性能最优,体积磨损率从未添加微粒时的4.74×10^-4mm^3/(N·m)降低至3.79×10^-4mm^3/(N·m),降低了20%。TiO2微粒的复合提高了微弧氧化2A12铝合金的耐NaCl环境腐蚀性能,其中电解液中添加2 g/L的TiO2微粒制备的MAO膜层对铝合金耐腐蚀性能改善最为显著,自腐蚀电流密度比无TiO2微粒MAO膜层降低了2个数量级。In order to investigate the influence of nano-TiO2 particles on the morphology,wear resistance and corrosion resistance of micro-arc oxidation coatings on 2A12 aluminum alloy,nano-TiO2 particles were added into the optimized electrolyte to prepare a composite MAO film layer on the aluminum alloy surface.By scanning electron microscope(SEM),X-ray diffractometer(XRD),microhardness tester,electrochemical workstation,reciprocating friction and wear testing machine,the influence of the TiO2 particles with different contents on the morphology,corrosion resistance and wear resistance of coatings was studied.Results showed that the wear rate of the 2A12 aluminum alloy by micro-arc oxidation first decreased and then increased with the increase of the amount of TiO2 particles.The MAO film prepared with adding 2 g/L TiO2 particles in the electrolyte had the optimal wear resistance,and the specific wear rate was reduced from 4.74×10^-4 mm^3/(N·m)to 3.79×10^-4 mm^3/(N·m),which decreased by 20%.Moreover,the composite of TiO2 particles improved the corrosion resistance of the micro-arc oxidation coatings on 2A12 aluminum alloy in Na Cl environment.Among them,the MAO film prepared by adding 2 g/L TiO2 particles in the electrolyte had the most significant improvement in the corrosion resistance of aluminum alloy.Meanwhile,the self-corrosion current density was two orders of magnitude lower than that of MAO film without TiO2 particles.
