摘 要:随着WQ油区原油含水率的不断提高,集油管线垢下腐蚀程度愈加严重。为给WQ油压管线防腐蚀工作进行实际指导,通过现场调查及挂片试验发现,造成垢下腐蚀的主要原因是碳酸钙结垢、SRB含量超标、Cl^-浓度较大;金属缓蚀剂采用大剂量冲击式+小剂量连续式的加药方式可有效地缓解管线的垢下腐蚀;通过加强补口施工质量,落实加药制度,开展挂片试验等方法,可有效预防管线垢下腐蚀穿孔。With the continuous improvement of WQ oilfield water cut,corrosion under the scale for oil pipeline becomes more and more serious.Results showed based on field investigation and coupon test,it was found that the main reasons for the corrosion under the scale were calcium carbonate scale,excessive content of SRB and large concentration of Cl^-.Metal corrosion inhibitor with high doses of impingement+low-dose continuous dosing method could effectively relieve the corrosion under the scale.Moreover,by strengthening for construction quality and the implementation of the dosing system,and carrying out coupon test method,pipeline corrosion perforation could also be prevented.
