浅析提高基层部队饮食保障质量的路径

摘　　要：中国共产党领导的人民军队是捍卫社会主义祖国的钢铁长城,是建设中国特色社会主义和维护世界和平的重要力量。人民解放军在中国革命和建设实践中,在建立和巩固新中国的国防事业中,具有不可替代的作用。而部队饮食保障是后勤保障的基础,同时也是实现强军目标的重要一环,建立一支技术水平高、懂营养、会管理的高素质饮食保障队伍是实现强军目标的基本保障,本文分析了基层部队餐饮保障中存在的问题,积极探索解决办法,为提高基层部队伙食质量提供理论指导。The people’s army led by the Communist Party of China is the Great Wall of steel to defend the socialist motherland,is the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the maintenance of world peace an important force.People’s Liberation Army has played an irreplaceable role in the practice of China’s revolution and construction and in the establishment and consolidation of the national defense cause of the new China.The Army food support is the basis of logistics support,but also an important part of achieving the goal of building a strong army.The establishment of a highquality food support team with high technical level,understanding nutrition and management is the basic guarantee to achieve the goal of strengthening the army.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the catering support of grass-roots troops,and actively explores solutions to provide theoretical guidance for improving the food quality of grass-roots troops guide.
