摘　　要：目的观察改良宽置弹力带固定法对女性留置尿管疗效的临床观察。方法通过对住院留置导尿120例女性患者,按随机数字表法分成实验组、对照组,每组各60例。实验组采用改良宽置弹力带固定法固定导尿管,对照组行传统固定法固定导尿管,两组导尿管固定前后均实施全面的护理干预。观察两组不良事件发生率、血尿、尿液外渗情况、疼痛程度及护理难易程度。结果实验组在不良事件发生率、血尿、尿液外渗、疼痛程度方面均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组护理难易程度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与传统外固定法相比,改良宽置弹力带固定法的应用效果更佳,可减少留置尿管的不良事件,提高护理质量,值得进一步推广应用。Objective to observe the clinical effect of modified wide elastic band fixation on female indwelling catheter.Methods 120 female patients with indwelling catheter were divided into and the experimental group and the control group by random number table,60 cases in each group.The experimental group fixed the catheter with modified wide elastic band,while the control group fixed the catheter with the traditional method,two groups were given comprehensive nursing intervention before and after the catheter fixed.The incidence of adverse events,hematuria,urine extravasation,pain and nursing difficulty of two groups were compared.Results The incidence of adverse events,hematuria,urine extravasation and pain of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing difficulty of the experimental group was significantly better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion compared with the traditional external fixation,the modified wide elastic band fixation method has better application effect,which can reduce the adverse events of the indwelling catheter and improve the quality of nursing care.It is worth further promotion and application.
