牛黄上清丸对肝火上炎型原发性高血压中医症状的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的观察牛黄上清丸对肝火上炎型原发性高血压患者中医症状的影响。方法100例原发性高血压患者(肝火上炎型)服用常规降压药物基础上,加用采用体外培育牛黄的牛黄上清丸,连续用药6天。评价牛黄上清丸对患者单项中医症状的影响以及整体疗效。结果用药前后患者头痛、眩晕、烦躁易怒3项中医临床症状评分分别为:2.92/1.04分、4.42/2.26分、3.28/1.96分,用药前后比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.001);临床有效率为82%。结论采用体外培育牛黄的牛黄上清丸与常规降压药物联合用药,能够辅助降低肝火上炎型原发性高血压患者的血压,同时针对患者存在的头痛、眩晕、烦躁易怒等中医临床症状具有显著的改善作用。Objective To observe the effect of Niuhuang Shangqing Pill on TCM symptoms in patients with primary hypertension of liver fire upper inflammation type.Methods On the basis of routine antihypertensive drugs,100 patients with primary hypertension(liver fire inflammation type)were treated with Niuhuang Shangqing pill,which was cultivated in vitro for 6 days.To evaluate the effect of Niuhuang Shangqing Pill on single TCM symptoms and the overall efficacy.Results Before and after treatment,the scores of headache,dizziness,irritability were 2.92/1.04,4.42/2.26 and 3.28/1.96 respectively,all of the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);the clinical effective rate was 82%.Conclusion The combination of Niuhuang Shangqing pill and conventional antihypertensive drugs can help to reduce the blood pressure of patients with liver fire inflammation type of primary hypertension,and can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of headache,dizziness,irritability and irritability.
