摘  要:本文介绍了国内外直升机旋翼桨叶防护材料耐砂蚀试验的试验条件因素、试验研究状况及相关试验标准的发展情况。美国研究了不同砂子类型、入射角度、入射速度、温度等因素对试验结果的影响,已经建立了专用直升机旋翼桨叶防护材料砂蚀评定试验标准(可评定飞行状态下的砂蚀状况);国内针对直升机旋翼桨叶防护材料耐砂蚀试验的研究较少,试验标准用于评价直升机停放时的耐砂蚀能力,不适用于飞行状态耐砂蚀能力考核。This paper introduces the test condition factors,test research status and the development of relevant test standards for the sand erosion resistance test of helicopter rotor blade protection materials at home and abroad.The United States has studied the influence of different sand types,incident angles,incident velocity,temperature and other factors on the test results,and has established a special sand erosion evaluation test standard for helicopter rotor blade protection materials(the sand erosion status in flight can be evaluated);However,there are few researches in the domain in China.The test standard is used to evaluate the sand erosion resistance of the helicopter when it is parked.It is not suitable for the assessment of the sand erosion resistance in the flight state.
